Insert the right pressure into your exams before exams exert pressure on you!!..📚
Hii!..As a student..what scares you the most?..Well, according to recent statistical reports, test anxiety or examinophobia can affect anywhere between 10 to 40 percent of all students. Exam fever is one of the symptoms of acute Exam Pressure!..🤔Do you agree?
Amidst parents expectations, peer pressure and internal desire to prove oneself..our present education system has increased the pressure of studies by taking the form of a monster instead of a friend!..So, in order to overcome the pressure of exams..let’s see what physics has to say🧐..
1) Focal Force
Just like how a hammer🔨 needs to be applied with sufficient force to insert a nail in the wooden block, similarly it is essential for a student to stay focused on his/her studies on a regular basis..Don’t study because there is going to be an exam..Instead study to make your brain 🧠 stronger and sharper!..Being carefree throughout the term and opening the book 📖 the day before exam is like trying to fix a nail with a broken hammer..No matter how hard you try..sadly such a learning won’t retain longer!
2) Applicative (Subject) Area
The second most important thing to remember is how to apply the force of your focus. Just because I want to fix a nail in the wall, can I randomly try to hammer it anywhere?..I guess you’ve understood what I’m trying to say🤓..Exams terrify when you don’t get to know them better earlier!..Spending adequate time for each subject with special emphasis on it’s applications in daily life (it could even be just 10 minutes but make it a point to spend time individually for each subject) widens your scope of coming across new interesting hobbies as well as it refreshes your memory on what you’ve learnt in school that day. Try these two steps atleast 2 weeks before any exam and see how your performance improves with your memory enhanced even the more!
